By using the Birth Mandala website or minting a Birth Mandala, you agree to these Terms & Privacy rules.
1. What We Ask From You
To create a Birth Mandala, we ask only for:
- - a birthdate - to create the Mandala design;
- - a name of your choice - to personalize the Mandala.
You can enter your real name, nickname, initials, or any other name you choose.
We don't use the chosen name to verify your legal identity.
What We Do Not Ask For
We do not ask for your:
- - email address;
- - phone number;
- - gender;
- - address;
- - documents;
- - social media accounts;
- - age as a separate field;
- - or any other personal information.
2. What You Need to Mint
To mint a Birth Mandala, you need:
- - a crypto wallet;
- - enough ETH to pay for the Mandala and the blockchain transaction fee;
- - a chosen name and birthdate.
To create a personal collection, you need several Birth Mandalas in the same wallet.
3. Minting, Ownership & Responsibility
Please check the chosen name and birthdate before minting. A completed blockchain transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed through the Birth Mandala website.
The wallet holding the Birth Mandala NFT is considered its current owner. Ownership features are described on the Principles page.
You are responsible for your wallet, transactions, entered information, and permission to use another person's name and birthdate.
We cannot restore access to a lost wallet or recover transferred or burned NFTs.
4. Blockchain Data & External Services
Your wallet address, NFT ownership, and transaction history are public blockchain data. We don't ask for them separately and don't use them to identify you.
Ethereum, crypto wallets, blockchain services, and third-party NFT marketplaces operate independently from Birth Mandala. We are not responsible for their fees, availability, errors, security, or actions.
For your privacy and security, NEVER SHARE your wallet password, private key, or seed phrase with us or anyone else.
5. No Guarantees
Birth Mandala is created for meditation, inspiration, self-reflection, and collecting.
We do not guarantee any medical, psychological, spiritual, or financial result. We also do not guarantee resale, future value, price growth, or the availability of a buyer.
6. Project Materials & Changes
Owning a Birth Mandala NFT does not give ownership of the Birth Mandala or Garage no9 brand, website, code, texts, practices, articles, or other project materials.
We may update these Terms & Privacy rules as the project develops. The current version will always be available on this page.
